The High School Performance Training program is designed to elevate athletes to a higher level of competition by advancing their skills through specialized, sport-specific training.

           MIDDLE SCHOOL GROUP CLASSES (AGE 12-14)

 

The Middle School Performance Training program equips students for more advanced athletic challenges. Each one-hour class emphasizes skill development for continued progress in their training.

Our Youth Athlete program builds a solid physical foundation to enhance their fitness and prepare them for future training as they grow. Each class lasts one hour.
