Meet Todd Peterson, an accomplished pitching instructor and proud Lake Mary High School Rams baseball alumni, dedicated to developing the next generation of pitchers.

The focus is on helping athletes increase velocity, build strength, and master the art of pitching.

The journey begins with a comprehensive analysis of each athlete's pitching mechanics. Following the initial assessment, a customized monthly 4-week workout and throwing program will be offered to enhance performance.

In-Person Private Lessons

In-Person Private Lesson Package
$75 per hour

Unlock your potential with a tailored lesson designed to enhance pitching skills and overall performance. This package includes:

​

  • Detailed identification of pitching inefficiencies, followed by targeted correction through specialized drills and exercises.

  • Comprehensive warm-up routine

  • Band exercises for mobility and strength

  • Structured throwing routine

  • Flat ground pitching practice

  • Corrective exercises and drills

  • Bullpen training session

Velocity Training Program

Designed for dedicated athletes, this program offers an approach to enhance pitching performance and gain functional strength. This subscription includes a 4-week customized workout and throwing program designed to enhance strength and explosiveness, gain stability, mobility, flexibility, and synchronize movement patterns. 

​

Workout Program Includes:

​

  • A structured routine to be followed six days a week.

  • Active warm-up to prepare the body

  • Med ball and movement preparation exercises

  • Two total body strength lifts

  • Dedicated lower body lift

  • Focused upper body lift

  • Two movement-based high intensity workouts

  • Daily check in to ensure results are met

  • Nutritional advice to support training goals

  • All strength training will be powered by Pure Performance Sports Training

 

On-Field Components Include:

​

  • Warm-up routine to ensure readiness

  • Band routine for mobility and strength

  • Structured throwing routine

  • Flat ground practice for pitching technique

  • Corrective drills to address mechanics

  • Bullpen routine for focused practice
